Pour 60ml of Triple Six, 20ml of sugar syrup, 30ml of grapefruit juice (pink works best) in the shaker. Follow this with 30ml of freshly squeezed lemon juice and 30ml of aquafaba (to keep it vegan!). Shake well until chilled, and pour into a chilled coupe glass.
