If you're a coffee lover then we have got you covered with this unusual twist on an Espresso Martini.
Make a fresh pot of coffee (we love Taylors Lazy Sunday but that's just our choice) and while its brewing, fill your glass with a little hot water just to warm it up.
Once the coffee is ready discard the water from the glass and add Triple Six followed by Amaretto, a teaspoon of demerara sugar and the freshly brewed coffee. Stir the cocktail to make sure the sugar has dissolved.
Now you're ready to create a layer of cream on top. Place a spoon upside down to the side of the glass and slowly pour the cream over the back of the spoon so it sits on top of the coffee cocktail. You can garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon and nutmeg or if you prefer grate some chocolate over the top.
